TURBO STARS SAVE MONEY!

Meg’s TurboStars have been specifically engineered to fit the gap where primary tubes join.  They are designed to fit across the space and still leave half the tube wall diameter for a weld surface that won’t impede or distort the air flow in the primary tube.

Consider your current method for closing off this gap and then realize how much time TurboStars will save!  And TIME = MONEY!  As a free bonus, they have a much more professional finish appearance than other popular ways of closing this space.

BULLETS EQUAL PERFORMANCE!

Adding a bullet to your primary tube improves exhaust flow by helping exhaust gases smoothly merge from four separate pipes into one pipe in the collector.  That’s where the term “merge collector” comes from!

Meg’s bullets are unique because we optimally engineer them to fit tube diameter and collector size. They’re not a ‘one size fits all’!

Sure you could try and make them yourself but once you consider the engineering and time it would take to recreate them, you’ll find that they’re cheap at twice the price!  And once you combine them with a Meg’s collector, you’ll find that you can build several systems for just the price of one welded merged collector.

GET IT STRAIGHT AND IN THE RIGHT PLACE!

Building your Header – When you fabricate a new set of headers it can be difficult to get the head pipes in exactly the right spot to mount the collector. It isn’t just about looking pretty! Have you ever finished the headpipes only to find the collector is obstructed? Or crooked? Just attach these to the frame or another convenient spot and now you have a target to aim the headpipes towards!

Weld-on Collector Header Alignment Tool – Matches the centerline of our weld-on collector.

Slip-Fit Collector Header Tube Alignment Tool – Slip-fit collectors will have a slightly different centerline than weld-on collectors. In order to get everything fit together properly, you need the centerline of your headpipes to match the centerline of your collector. We have the tool that helps you do this easily and painlessly!

Slip-Fit / Race Merge Collector Alignment Tool – When building a slip fit collector you will need two different alignment tools. When building the collector, the Collector Alignment Tool will keep the slip fit tubes square for building the base of the collector. Just slip the tubes into the tool and tack them together. Next, weld the bullet into place on the tubes. Finally, weld the collector to the tubes and you’re finished!
